1. About Our Ingredients
What are Hara treats made from?
All Hara treats are crafted from 100% human-grade ingredients.
We use goat milk, organic coconut oil, and natural fruit & vegetable powders for colour and flavour.
No flour, additives, preservatives, artificial colourings or flavour enhancers are ever used.
Are your colours natural?
Yes. All colours come from plant-based powders such as beetroot, blueberry, pumpkin, spirulina and other natural sources.
Are the treats suitable for all dogs?
Yes, in general. However:

If your pet has allergies, intolerances or a sensitive stomach, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

3. Storage & Shelf Life
How do I store the Flourless Goat Milk Candies?
To maintain freshness and texture:

Refrigerate at ≤ 4°C for up to 2 weeks

Freeze at ≤ –18°C for up to 2 months
How should I thaw the treats?
Remove a piece from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
Do the treats melt?
They may soften slightly at warm room temperature due to the high goat milk and coconut oil content. Store chilled for best results.

Can I order outside of these dates?
Christmas treats are limited edition and available only within the December pre-order windows.
7. What is our delivery policy?
Hara Reserve products are made fresh in small batches and delivered only on the specified delivery dates stated during each pre-order cycle. Please review the delivery dates carefully at checkout to ensure you select a timing that works for you and your household.
Because our treats are crafted without preservatives and are sensitive to heat and humidity, we strongly recommend that someone is at home during the delivery window to receive the order promptly. This helps preserve the quality of your items and ensures they are stored correctly upon arrival.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at your doorstep or designated area at their discretion. Hara Reserve is unable to take responsibility for items that melt, soften, are affected by weather, or are lost after successful drop-off.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the delivery date, time window, and conditions outlined above.
