1. About Our Ingredients

What are Hara treats made from?

All Hara treats are crafted from 100% human-grade ingredients.
We use goat milk, organic coconut oil, and natural fruit & vegetable powders for colour and flavour.
No flour, additives, preservatives, artificial colourings or flavour enhancers are ever used.

Are your colours natural?

Yes. All colours come from plant-based powders such as beetroot, blueberry, pumpkin, spirulina and other natural sources.

Are the treats suitable for all dogs?

Yes, in general. However:

  • If your pet has allergies, intolerances or a sensitive stomach, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

  • Our treats are designed as snacks, not as a replacement for meals or supplements.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order in the following ways:

A. Order directly via our website
Visit 👉 www.harapets.com and follow the checkout steps.
Online orders accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, and other supported payment methods.

B. Order via Instagram (manual orders)
Send us a direct message on Instagram 👉 @hara.pets

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Item(s) and quantity

  • Preferred delivery date (if applicable)

We currently accept PayNow to UEN 53514142D

A screenshot of the completed payment is required to confirm your order.


5. What is our delivery policy?

Delivery timelines and fees vary depending on the type of products ordered.

For fresh or chilled items, deliveries are made on the selected delivery dates shown at checkout. Due to the perishable nature of these products, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.

For dried treats, orders are delivered via standard local delivery within 7 days from order confirmation.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the doorstep or a designated area at the delivery address.

Hara Reserve is not liable for any damage, spoilage, melting, loss, or deterioration of items once the order has been delivered and marked as completed by the courier.
