1. Dried Treats

These are treats that do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature.

• Delivery fee: $6 per address per order
• Delivery timeline: Delivered within 7 days from order confirmation
• Orders are shipped via standard local delivery
• You will receive a confirmation once your order is on the way

2. Fresh & Chilled Items

These include fresh or chilled products that require temperature-controlled handling.

• Delivery fee: $15 per address per order
• Delivery timeline: Delivered on a selected delivery date
• Available delivery dates are shown on the product page at checkout
• Chilled delivery is used to ensure product freshness and safety

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.

3. Orders with Mixed Item Types

If your order contains both dried treats and fresh/chilled items, the order will follow the fresh delivery schedule and fee, so that all items arrive in proper condition.

4. Free Delivery

• Free delivery is available for orders above $50

5. Important Notes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak or festive periods
• Once an order is confirmed, delivery dates for fresh/chilled items cannot be changed
