1. General
Hara Reserve (“we”, “us”, “our”) produces small-batch pet treats crafted with human-grade ingredients. All our products are intended as occasional treats, not meal replacements or medical supplements. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Product Information

All treats are handmade in small batches; slight variations in colour, shape, or size may occur.

Colours are naturally derived from fruits, vegetables, and powders—variations are normal and expected.

Product images are for visual reference and may differ slightly from the final item.
3. Allergies & Pet Safety

All ingredients are listed clearly on our website and listings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and assessing suitability for their pets.

If your pet has allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please consult your veterinarian before offering new treats.

Hara treats are designed for pets. They contain no harmful ingredients, but are not intended for regular human consumption.

5. Pre-Order Policy
For seasonal launches (e.g., Christmas edition), orders are produced based on pre-order dates stated at checkout or in our announcements.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

Production begins only after payment is received

Delivery/pick-up dates cannot be changed after confirmation

Slots may close early when we reach capacity
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery timelines and fees vary depending on the type of products ordered.
- For fresh or chilled items, deliveries are made on the selected delivery dates shown at checkout. Due to the perishable nature of these products, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.
- For dried treats, orders are delivered via standard local delivery within 7 days from order confirmation.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the doorstep or a designated area at the delivery address.

Hara Reserve is not liable for items damaged, melted, or lost after drop-off.
7. Refund & Replacement
Due to the handmade, perishable nature of our products:

This includes change of mind, preference of colour/design, or missed delivery

Significant errors on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) will be reviewed case-by-case if reported within 12 hours with photos
8. Storage & Handling
Customers are responsible for proper storage once the item is received.

We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or delayed collection
9. Intellectual Property
All content—including photography, designs, text, videos, recipes, and branding—is the intellectual property of Hara Reserve.

10. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Hara Reserve, you agree that:
