At Hara Reserve, every product is crafted in small batches with fresh, natural, human-grade ingredients. Because our treats are perishable and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been placed.
We kindly ask customers to review product details, delivery dates, and ingredient lists carefully before confirming their order.
Please note the following:

Refunds or replacements are not available for reasons including change of mind, preference of design, minor colour variations, or missed/failed delivery attempts.

If the parcel is left at your doorstep due to no one being home, Hara Reserve cannot be held responsible for items affected by heat, humidity, or damage.
However, if your order arrives with a significant issue caused by us (e.g., wrong product sent), please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos so that we can review the situation.
Our priority is transparency, quality, and fairness, and we appreciate your understanding of the care and effort that goes into each handmade product.
